The personnel of the Agency is a capable team of experts specialised in the field of business administration, consulting, financial management, banking,
project management, regional and municipal management, corporate management, social and humanitarian policy, marketing, and other directions. The team
includes candidates of sciences in economics and history, MBA in business administration, and MS in financing, who received scientific degrees in leading
European educational institutions. All employees have higher education (at least an MA degree), are experienced in working with International projects,
have good command of at least one and most of them two foreign languages. A number of employees have solid experience of administrative work in public
service management of institutions and enterprises, participation in complex multipurpose strategic projects, teaching in high schools, and business
consulting. At the same time, the team is rather young – the average age of the Agency officers is about 34.
