On the operative and administrative level, the work of Agency is managed by the Executive Directorate headed by Executive Director, whose candidacy is approved by the Fund Board. At present, the Executive Director of the Agency is Mrs. Natalia Vladimirovna Savina – a professional economist with broad experience of work with international projects and stable professional authority in the expert community.

The activity of the structural divisions of the Agency is based on the functional principle. It is managed by relevant Directors, appointed by the Order of the Executive Director and agreed with the Fund Board. Regular supervision of the operative and economic activities is carried out by the Fund Board, including representatives of the Agency founders and authoritative expert organisations.

According to the Statute, the Fund Board makes decisions on development of the strategy and tactics of the Agency’s activities, approves the volume and directions of expenditure of the funds and means, which the Agency has at its disposal, and approves the candidacies of the Agency executives.

The superior Agency management body, in terms of its representative status, is the Board of Guardians. The structure of the Board of guardians includes the most authoritative and high-rank representatives of the public authorities, managers of scientific and expert organisations, businesspersons and representatives of the community who actively assist fulfilment of the tasks, assigned to the Agency.

The powers of the Board of Guardians include relevant representative functions at all levels of the professional activity, enabling the most effective execution of the Agency’s functions, and to effect stringent control over precise conformity of the Agency’s activity with its Rules.
