According to the Law "On Special economic zone" on the territory of Kaliningrad region a special favourable regime for entrepreneurship, investment and foreign economic activities was established.

The initiatives of the Agency to support Kaliningrad companies are aimed, first of all, at creating favourable conditions for export oriented and import substituting companies, preparing these companies for doing their business on a more competitive basis in the markets of the European Union and on the territories of the Russian Federation.

The Agency is providing a wide range of services to the companies and organizations in the Kaliningrad region enhancing their export potential and competitiveness on the EU markets. The Agency has developed a data base containing information on more than 120 enterprises on the region which have an export potential and developed commercial projects. Besides, the Agency has got information on more than 120 projects concerning an introduction of high technologies.

The Agency is constantly working on expanding its international contacts and ready to cooperate with all business structures in Kaliningrad region which are interested in developing their businesses on the territory of the European Union.

Within the sphere of its activities the Agency offers the whole range of services on the partner search in the EU countries consulting on the EU business legislation, consulting in the area of the quality systems management and arranges specific trade and business missions to the EU countries, carries out specific training for the company managers of different level.
