The Agency's services for organisation of trade missions and Business Meeting Days are primarily aimed at rendering assistance to Russian and foreign
companies in establishment of business contacts among them. As a rule, for achievement of these purposes the Agency offers the widely known format of "business-to-business" meetings.
The
agency provides services for organisation of trade missions of fact-finding nature, and specialised target missions focused on selected business segments.
In addition, the Agency is engaged in preparation and organisation of individual business meetings for discussion of concrete business projects.
We
organise Business Meeting Days in Kaliningrad, Poland, Lithuania, and other EU countries.
Contents of the services:
- Selection of companies and organisation of meetings
- Logistics (visa support, hotel reservation, transportation)
- Renting of premises for negotiations
- Translation services
The costs of the services are determined after mutual approval of the terms of reference.
