project director, team leader and/or senior consultant for UNIDO, European Commission, French Government, EU local and regional authorities. She has
over 10 years of EU-based consultancy experience in project management, economic development/ innovation policies and infrastructure.

Project Team Leader. Since 1988 has been working in the USSR and CIS Countries with private business as advisor to companies in strategic management,
internationalisation, business matching, supply chain integration, etc. He has a 14 years experience in setting-up and administration of joint-ventures & representative
offices in the area.
Since 1994 he has been working with International donors EBRD, EU/TACIS, UNDP, ILO in areas as: regional economic development – including
design of regional development plans, support measures, vertical and horizontal partnership, trade and investment promotion, internationalisation of
companies, development
of SMEs; design and advice in commercial restructuring of vertically-integrated firms & SMEs generation, with a ILO project in Togliatti in 1994,
and a TACIS project on Monocompany Towns in Cherepovets in 1999-2000; preparation of investment proposals, financial due diligence, when working in the
years 1995-7 in the North West Federal District as manager of the EBRD West Russia Venture Fund, with a 33 MIO $ equity budget; skills development of
staff, setting up and financial sustainability of a SME Development Agency in Crimea (Ukraine) in 2001-2002.
Since 1997 as a manager of STUDIOEST Ltd
he has worked for private companies in Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Romania.
