The virtual Service Centre for Investors (SCI) is a one-stop-shop (OSS) service facility, which the Agency – together with its partners – is assisting to investors and initiators of investment projects.

The main objectives of the OSS SCI is informational support to investment processes in the Kaliningrad region and to promotion of regional (municipal) marketing products.

The informational and consulting support in the framework of the SCI is provided to the following groups of our clients:

• strategic investors (companies, physical persons), considering the Kaliningrad region as a variant for placement of their business.
• financial investors (banks, investment and structural funds, "business angels") interested in capital investments in enterprises and investment projects in the Kaliningrad region;
• initiators of investment projects (companies and/or private persons), having business projects and wishing to find capital for their implementation.

Together with our partners, we offer our clients information on regional and municipal marketing products (industrial zones, industrial parks, investment projects, services providing implementation of investment projects). This information is structured by kinds of clients, and it is placed in corresponding sections of the virtual SCI.
