Marketing products are understood as the benefits purposefully created by the region and its municipalities for investors: the real estate, investment projects, financial and non-financial preferences.

In order to attract strategic investors to the region and to the municipalities, the Kaliningrad region offers the following marketing products.

Industrial sites ('green field') are land plots for new construction and placement of new business.

Production sites ('brown field') are real estate for redevelopment.

Investment projects are Kaliningrad region companies' initiatives oriented to development and/or creation of new business. The initiators of the projects search for partners for joint implementation of the projects. Such projects are supported by the regional / municipal authorities.
